Experience
4 years of tutoring experience. I am a fluent Spanish-speaking recently graduated Architect. During my collage education I enrolled as a volunteer tutor in in several student-tutoring programs to complete my community service hours. One of them was called VALIA; it was designed to help students ages 5-18 to improve their grades. Focusing in subjects like Math, Computer Science, Spanish, Biology, Geography, Computer Science and Physics. Something that I really liked about this program was that included teaching and reinforcing values and ethics. At the same time I was a tutor to other collage students who were troubled mainly in math related subjects as well as in the execution of some computer programs. After finishing my degree I moved to Portland OR seeking to develop my Architectural experience but in the meantime I am currently working as an ELL-Para Educator in the Evergreen Public School District. I am looking forward into helping out kids from ages 5-18 reinforce their knowledge or understand those subjects that can be sometimes tricky.
